There will be two offerings in the session - art and sandtray therpies. No pressure to share, just experience what it’s like to take your inner world and bring it in a physical form. This isn’t a replacement for therapy, just a chance to try and satisfy your curiosity. All attendees get a 50% discount on a future individual session or maybe you’d like to do a group experience on a theme ie anxiety, global warming, parenthood? This session could be the start of something new?

Facilitated by Tania an experienced Arts therapist and Counsellor, you’ll be in expert hands.

You choose the date - either August 2nd or August 16th. Both are for adults only, at Albion from 2.30pm-3.45pm.
